Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.

I specialise in supporting children and families through a unique blend of therapeutic approaches, tailored to meet the individual needs of each child. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, emotional regulation, sleep issues, confidence, or other challenges, my approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based strategies, and a deep understanding of neurodiversity.

What I Offer

I combine Hypnotherapy with tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), and Solution-Focused Therapy to create a gentle, yet effective, way of helping children understand and manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

Each session is designed to be engaging, empowering, and child-centered,  helping children build resilience, self-belief, and emotional strength.

Specialising in SEND

My work is especially focused on children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). I understand that every child is unique and may experience the world differently and I honour and celebrate that. With a flexible, non-judgmental, and neuro-affirming approach, I adapt sessions to suit the child’s communication style, sensory preferences, and pace.

Support for the Whole Family

I believe in working with the whole family, not just the child. You know your child best, and your insight is invaluable. I offer support, guidance, and tools to help you as a parent or carer feel empowered too,  because when families feel supported, children flourish.

Children don’t always have the words to express what they’re feeling, but through the safe and creative space of therapy, they can explore their emotions, build coping skills, and begin to heal. The combination of approaches I use helps children feel seen, heard, and understood, while offering practical tools they can use in everyday life.

Mindfulness & Relaxation Classes in Schools

In our classes we will teach children fun breathing techniques and lovely relaxations that will build a toolbox for life to handle all the twists and turns life throws. Learning these techniques is essential to cognitive ability, Immune system support and overall well being.
